Merekarp house is decorated with exquisite taste, marble bathroom, eclectic furniture, and exclusive sea views. Guests can enjoy a big terrace, the most modern yacht harbor Haven Kakumäe Marina with full services and infrastructure, including restaurant Puri and a luxury seafront walking area.

Merekarp house is designed for max 2 people and adults only. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to have your infant staying with you. Please be aware that pets are not allowed.

Inviting friends or family is allowed when you add extra persons at the booking process. When you like to organise a small gathering for your family or friends, just add extra persons (max 15 are allowed). Please be aware that extra persons can not stay overnight.

MEREKARP GUEST STANDARDS FOR STAY

Check-in 15.00: Guests should respect the earliest check-in time. Any check-in before the designated window should be approved by MEREKARP contact person.

Check-out 12.00: Guests must complete check-out by the designated check-out time indicated on the reservation, and should not leave belongings at MEREKARP past the designated check-out time for storage or later pickup.

Guest authorization: Guests should respect the approved number of guests (2 adults) and should inquire with MEREKARP contact person if they’re unsure about the rules for visitors.

No smoking: Guests should not smoke inside MEREKARP House. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.

Cleanliness: Guests should not leave MEREKARP in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: with soiled carpet, moldy dishes, excessive trash, etc.). Cleaning fees are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (ex: laundry, vacuuming, etc.).

Quiet hours : We are located in the area of Marina, so the quiet hours are between 11 pm & 6 am. No loud music is allowed.

Cancellation: If canceled 30 days before date of arrival, 25% will be charged of the total amount of the booking. If canceled 15-30 days before date of arrival, 75% will be charged of the total amount of the booking. If canceled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 100% will be charged of the total amount of the booking.

Nature around us: Living in harmony with nature: Merekarp is not a hotel room, but a small seaside retreat surrounded by nature — and that is part of its charm. Living right by the sea means sharing our surroundings with local birds, insects, and spiders. While the house is carefully cleaned before every arrival, the occasional insect or newly spun spider web can appear surprisingly quickly. It's simply part of the natural seaside environment that we love and cherish here.
